Shown below are your frequently asked questions and our Rental Policies as outlined in our Client Agreement. Yes! We are a full-scale event company. We can help you plan and execute your event from start to finish. We have a collection of one-of-a-kind rentals, but we’re not limited to only that. We can help bring your event together by creating custom pieces, lighting, etc. We treat every event as a custom affair and give you the Luxury You Can Afford.

We do all events, weddings, corporate, social, and any other event you can dream up.

Of Course, you can! We are a typical event rental company just with other resources. Once you have selected your date and venue, feel free to submit a wish list online. We will check availability and get back to you with a quote. It’s easy to get everything confirmed by submitting an online payment and E-sign rental agreement. If you need help pulling some ideas together, get on our calendar for your 15-minute complimentary design consultation.  

A non-refundable 50% retainer and a signed client agreement are required to reserve items. Final payment is processed 30 days before your event via the credit card on file.

We are based in Northern Illinois and will deliver between Chicago and Southern Wisconsin. Delivery will be included in your proposal and is based on how much you’ve rented, where your event is located, venue restrictions, and the drop-off and pick times. Check out our delivery options (Here)

Yes. You must have suitable transportation in order to pick up rentals. Not all pieces are suitable for pick-up. If you want to check on something in particular, please email. You can find our policies (Here)

Definitely! The collection we provide is even better when used outdoors. Regardless of the weather, we just asked that you never leave the rentals outside overnight. A backup rain plan is a must.

Yes, you have up until 14 days out from an event to make a change for items of equal or more excellent value or rental addition. After that, an additional deposit amount may apply.

We want every item delivered to you to be spectacular. Every item is thoroughly inspected and cleaned after every use. We know things occur beyond the normal wear and tear and want all of our customers to have a great experience…

We require a credit card on file for all orders at the time of reservation. For any items that are not returned or are returned damaged, we charge up to five times the rental rate in order to replace the item. If an item is able to be cleaned or repaired, you will only be charged for the cleaning or repair and any time the item is out of our inventory.

Connect with us if you can’t find what you’re looking for in your inventory. Many items in our inventory have yet to be on your website, so there is a chance we might have what you need. We are always up to creating something custom if it fits our style too.

Of Course! Whether you need a custom backdrop or a venue transformation, we got you! We require a non-refundable deposit for the material and execution. In order to give your project the time that is needed, we need at least 30 days of production time, depending on the project.
